Return & Refund Policy

At I AM ONE Studio, each portrait is custom-made and created specifically for you. Because of this, all orders are made to order and cannot be resold.

Returns

We do not accept returns on custom portrait orders unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear error on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• The artwork arrives damaged
• You received the wrong order
• There is a major mistake compared to your approved design

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.

Order Approval

Since each portrait is created based on your photo, once the design is approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a short time after purchase, before production begins.
