At IAM ONE Studio, every portrait is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because each artwork is custom-made, processing times may vary.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for your portrait to be designed and prepared before shipping. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped out immediately. Estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
• International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or courier issues. While we are not responsible for these delays, we will always do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
